The Kythiran Senate is an advisory body of the government of the [[Empire of Kythira|Kythiran Empire]], consisting of elected delegates from across the Empire. It originally was located inside the [[White Gold Tower]], but during [[Emperor Louis Viromaro|Emperor Louis Viromaro's]] expansions of [[Helmira]] the senate was moved to the Imperial Senate Hall to the east of the Bay of Splendour.
