The Kythiran Senate is an advisory body of the government of the Kythiran Empire, consisting of elected delegates from across the Empire. It originally was located inside the White Gold Tower, but during Emperor Louis Viromaro's expansions of Helmira the senate was moved to the Imperial Senate Hall to the east of the Bay of Splendour.

Functions

Prior to the Reforma Carta the Kythiran Senate was a small part of the Kythiran government, consisting of a complex system of Grand Seats and Petite Seats, ensuring that the general populace would never be able to make meaningful changes without the consent of the Empire's elite.

After the Reforma Carta the senate was fully reformed. Now, if meeting the requirements of being adult, male, a citizen of the Empire and owning land, one can vote or register as a candidate. Each Kingdom gets 20 representatives, making for 120 seats in total.
