Grand Chancellor Leonard Von Roterstein (Left) in a meeting with Emperor Francis Viromaro

Leonard Von Roterstein was the second Grand Chancellor to serve under Emperor Francis Viromaro. The youngest brother of the High-Lord of Ardoragh, he was handpicked by the Emperor due to the wars of conquest happening in the south of Ardoragh at that time. In his role as Grand Chancellor, Leonard was a popular leader, successfully supplying Ardoragh with supplies, Florynts and manpower whilst maintaining a high degree of autonomy for the province. After the death of Emperor Francis he briefly served under Emperor Henry II Viromaro, but was ultimately forced to resign in favour of Lord Alvaro Vinkhuys. He ultimately retired in Alralysva.
