Emperor Alexander The Peacemaker Viromaro was a Kythiran Emperor who ruled over the Kythiran Empire in the middle of the Fourth Era. Under his leadership the Crown's powers were reduced, giving more autonomy to the Six Provinces. In an attempt to improve relations with the Province of Ardoragh he ordered the construction of the Skaði Palace, and held many balls in honour of House Von Roterstein.

His death after ruling for forty years during a hunting accident in Ardoragh led to the death of Prince Amantis and the coronation of Emperor Louis Viromaro.
