Charlesians

The Charlesians are an banned Kythiran political organisation in the Fifth Era with the stated goal of having Charles Marfeurt return to the Kythiran Empire and having him crowned as Emperor Charles IV Viromaro.

Directly after the Reforma Carta several nobles and other officials who had served under Charles when he was Regent-Prince united under the banner of the Charlesians. They publicly ran for the Imperial Senate, but before the first Imperial Elections could be held the Council of Kingdoms voted to ban the Charlesians. Their leader, lord Edward Blanchard, nephew of the Heartlands marquis Harold Blanchard, was arrested and sentenced to life in prison for high treason. Officially the Charlesians disbanded and the former members openly renounced their memberships. Rumours still have it however that the group simply went underground and is still active.
