Emperor Philip Viromaro

Philip Richard Viromaro was the sixth emperor of the Kythiran Empire. Son of Emperor Charles I Viromaro and older brother of Prince Gabriel Viromaro. He rule during the early Fourth Era was characterised as peaceful, with prince Gabriel serving as the Grand Chancellor, improving relations with the Imperius Reich and forming the Imperial Legion, until Gabriel's death ten years later during a jousting accident.
