The great Fort Norman is a Kythiran stronghold in the Mediori Sea. Although currently functioning as a guardian of the Mediori Fleet, its primary function is actually to serve as a place of refuge during civil war, since the Emperor Coetzeeclan and the Crown Prince Whazajottom have both agreed to never besiege the fortress
