Theodosia Viromaro

Empress Theodosia Viromaro is the current head of state of the Kythiran Empire. She has ruled since her father, the former Emperor Louis Viromaro, was forced to abdicate in favour of her by the Reforma Carta, following the defeat during the Kythiran Invasion of Imperius.
