Fort Blackwater, officially known as Blackwater Base, is a castle in the Riverlands, constructed and formerly owned by the now Kaiser of Imperius, Borous Blackwater. The fortress, at its time being relatively isolated and its population being extremely poor, was ignored fully during the Raids on the Riverlands and the Great Grief, allowing it to survive almost untouched to this day, the only difference being the black crossed flags being changed for Kythiran flags.
