Out of character (server) rules:

No griefing

No cheating

Be considerate, respectful and reasonable to your fellow players.

No discrimination

In-character rules:

Property Rights: The controller (see the map) of a region decides who owns what. You are to respect the property of others and not destroy or modify their creations.

Warfare: You may only assault/besiege a settlement, building or region if the owner is present on the server OR the controller has given permission.
