The primary fleet of the Kythiran Empire. Its primary purpose is as a trading fleet, though it is possible to quickly covert the ships for wartime usage.

The Mediori Fleet consists of the following:

38 Modern large flagships
24 Classic ships*
132 Mini-Submarines**

*Refitted Helmsdeep ships from the Second Era, often referred to as the 'Duckboats'

**Primary uses are reconnaissance, hit-and-run attack runs, patrolling the Narrow Sea
