And that this wouldn't be interupted by a siege from Kythira which would have resulted in another large destruction of the world. The Emperor himself has been skeptical on the unification too, but after all, except from turning from an absolute Monarchy into a Semi-autonomous monarchy doesn't change anything towards Whazajottom. He also figured out a way to get around the "despotic" part in his rulership. In which all Ardoraghi must destory all what they can see to prevent Ardoragh from falling into wrong hands.
