If the parameter "house type" is set it alters the display of the label next to the noble "family parameter". Instead of displaying the default "[[Nobility|Noble family]]" ( with a link to the article Nobility), the link is change to whatever the "house type" is set to and the word "Family" is displayed in place of "Noble family". So for example if <code>house type=Gentry</code> is entered then the label is changed to [[Gentry|Family]].
