	~~The~~ Fort Norman is an old Kythiran stronghold~~, standing on an island~~ in the Mediori Sea. It ~~officially is~~ a ~~defensive fortress, meant to protect~~ and ~~house those who work on the Mediori Fleet, located nearby. It also houses the royal yacht~~.		Fort Norman is an old Kythiran island-stronghold in the Mediori Sea. It was designed and build by a collaboration of Ardoraghi and mainland Kythiran architects and engineers.

	~~It has a secondary purpose however. That~~ being ~~a place of neutrality in~~ the ~~case of a civil war between province~~ of ~~Ardoragh and~~ the ~~rest of Kythira, both parties having agreed to never besiege~~ the fortress.		Its official function is being the headquarters and main defense of the Mediori Fleet. The Viromaro family uses the fortress as a harbor for the royal yacht.

	<br />		The fortress also has a secondary purpose, that being providing a place of neutrality in case of a civil war between the Golden Province of Ardoragh and the rest of the Kythiran Empire, with both parties agreeing to never besiege the fortress. <br />
