	Chateau Roterhal is a Third Era castle that was expanded by Prince Marcus von Roterstein. Upon his kidnapping and death it was inherited by the Knights of Shackleford. They ultimately sold it for 260,000 Florynts to a Oldspawn based realtor. His goal with the castle is unknown. 			== History ==
			The Chateau Roterhal began as a single guard tower, originating from the Imperius Reich, and, once sold for scrap, purchased by an Attican businessman and shipped over to northern Attica. Here, near the village of Calys, he had it reassembled together with a small castle around it, naming it Chateau Imperia. After the businessman's death the chateau fell into neglect, until it was purchased in the late Fourth Era by Marcus von Roterstein, nephew of the Ardoraghi High-Lord, for 150,000 Florynts. He renovated and expanded the castle for an additional 50,000 Florynts, renaming the new property the Chateau Roterhal. In the early Fifth Era Marcus was kidnapped and presumed killed during a visit to Alcanzar. After some legal battles between his butler and House Von Roterstein the Chateau ultimately went to the butler's family, the butler himself having died in a Ardoraghi prison, who sold it for 260,000 Florynts and moved east to the new Raggisar Republic.

			The new owners of the castle and lands, the AAA-Realty Group, have not disclosed what they intend to do with the property.

With this, he purchased the ruin of a Third Era castle, Chateau Imperia, deep in northern Attica for 150,000 Florynts, including a massive area of land around it, with a total surface area larger than many cities. 	He spend another 50,000 Florynts renovating the castle, as well as expanding the living spaces, building an extra tower and a grand hall. 	In an effort to restore relations with the rest of his family after the Piracy Papers he began a long correspondence with his uncle, who was now King of Ardoragh. He agreed to a political marriage with Lady Blanchard, daughter of the Marquis of Blanchard. Two months before the wedding was set to take place he was send to Solleria as a formal guest of the High-Lord of Alcanzar, King Vinkhuys. During this visit he, together with his staff and a handful of Alcanzari royal guards visited the ruins of the Imperial Summerhal Palace. During this visit, their party was ambushed. All the royal guards were killed and several members of his staff were wounded. The prince himself was kidnapped by unknown assailants and send southwards on horseback to an unknown destination. That same day a ransom note was delivered to the Ardoraghi consulate, demanding 5 million Florynts for the prince's safe return. Identified by his ruby necklace, the Prince's body was returned to Ardoria for burial. His fortune and estates went to his butler, Lord Alfred Shackleford. This was however succesfully protested by the Rotersteiner family, who had the butler arrested and imprisoned.		After two months of not getting any response from the High-Lord of Ardoragh, and the Imperial Police being unable to track down the kidnappers, the charred remains of the Prince were returned to Helmira. After almost 2 years the Kythiran Supreme Court decided in the case Shackleford V von Roterstein that Shackleford should be freed and the Chateau belongs to him and his family. Shackleford had already died in a Ardoraghi prison after a riot by the time this verdict was proclaimed. His widow and sons inherited the Chateau, and settled for 9000 Florynts with House Von Roterstein.
