	Lord William B. Hawthorne is a Kythiran general, veteran of the Grand War, and current Grand Chancellor of the Kythiran Empire under Empress Theodosia Viromaro. Born into a minor noble family, he rose through the Imperial Army through merit rather than inheritance, earning distinction for his logistical skill and defensive command during the later years of the war. Nicknamed ''The Keeper of Chesterfield'' he managed to maintain Kythiran control over the city despite a long siege.		Lord William B.
